Get Connected--Join the Sunrise PTA!
The Sunrise Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is here to enrich the educational experience of our children! It is in line with the Washington State PTA's mission and vision (below). It is a way for parents to get connected with what is going on at school and in the classroom. With money raised from fundraising events, the PTA sponsors a variety of programs throughout the year. The PTA also provides service to our school and community and a voice for our children! Following are examples of PTA supported programs:
*Carnival *Multicultural Night *Movie Nights *Clothing Bank *Art Docent *Spaghetti Night/Bingo Night
*Reading Program *Lunch Treats *Fun Run *Field Day *6th Grade Party *Craft Fair *Drama *6th Grade Camp *Reflections *Book Fairs *Original Art
The PTA also provides financial support for school assemblies, assists with field trip transportation, and funds teachers' requests for supplies, books, and much more!
The PTA welcomes individuals from all backgrounds!
